I am a parent
Open your family’s home: plans, records, chores, the paper, and billing. Enter your email, then the six-digit code we send to it.
I am a student
Open your own day: today’s lessons, practice and chores. Enter the email address your parent set up for you, then the six-digit code sent to it. No parent needed.
If this says your address is not recognised, ask your parent to add it on the family home page under “Student sign-in email”.
On a shared family computer
A parent can sign in once on a computer. After that, each student chooses their own profile and enters their PIN. A student who has their own address does not need this: they sign in themselves, on any device.
Trouble signing in
Check the spelling of the address and look in the spam folder for the code. Codes expire after a few minutes: ask for a new one. A student’s address must be added by a parent first, and a parent’s address must belong to the family account.
